YOur first session

Our first session will provide you with the opportunity to introduce the reasons you are seeking counseling, ask questions, and for me to introduce myself to you. We will discuss several topics ranging from your strengths and growing edges, family history, health, and goals for counseling. 

This will be the first step in a transformative journey that many, including myself, have benefited greatly from.
